2012 Mazda MazdaSPEED3 review,The Mazda speed3 was redesigned for the latest model year onward, but retains many other characteristics of its predecessor, including a front-wheel-drive layout.
Style-wise, the all-new Mazdaspeed3 doesn’t deviate heavily from the standard Mazda3. There are some minor changes up front and out back, most notably a roof spoiler and a few extra bits to the lower grille. This gives the car an even more pronounced “smile” than the standard Mazda3.
Inside, things are much the same as the standard model aside from more aggressive seats and unique upholstery on the seats and the doors. The upholstery appears black from some angles and bright red from others.
Standard features and equipment include variable intermittent windshield wipers, roof-mounted aerodynamic antenna, illuminated vanity mirrors, electroluminescent gauges, aluminum pedals, Mazdaspeed-branded black/red cloth seats, door trim, interior trim, floor mats, scuff plates and black/red decoration panel; and dual-zone climate control.
